As of October, flydubai, a Dubai budget airline will open direct flights from Ekaterinburg and Samara in Central Russia. Samara is already connected with the Emirates by another low cost airline, Air Arabia that started flights in October 2009. Natalie Tours is the main partner for these 2 cities.
